Refund and Returns Policy

THE DROPSHIPPING COMPANY WE USE IS PRINTIFY AND pRINTFUL.

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

If there is a problem with an order

If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, we will get in touch with Printify’s Merchant Support team within 30 days of product delivery. Printify offers a free replacement or a refund (to your Printify balance) in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

Printify will cover the production and shipping costs of new orders, or it can also be withdrawn to the same payment source where it originally came from.

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.

Printful:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for capturing the right information from your customers.
